Default info on Whirlpool central water filtration sys

I have a filter on my cold water line under my kitchen sink and my refrigerator ice maker. I am thinking of buying a whirlpool central water filtration system (CWFS) to replace these existing filters as no replacement filters are required for the CWFS (saving a lot of money over the long run) and I need to filter out limestone sediments throughout the house. Does anyone have any info on model WHELJ1 Whirlpool CWFS? It cost $377 so I would like to know more about it before I buy it.

    Go to http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/load...505219129.html
for info on the whirlpool filter. Also Kenmore has a similar unit at kenmorewater.com under Central Water Filtration. They are both very similar and may even be made by whirlpool. Both are under $400 I would like to find more details also.
