we have a house that is 152 years old . we are trying to renivate and bring it back as close as possible. all the floors in the house are not any where near level. how can we level the floors without jacking it up. we were told it would be impossible to jack it up , because of the large joists. they were hewn from trees on the property.
Re: 1856 house
That's not an easy one you may need a structional engineer for this one. One has to be able to some way to jack up the foundation to be able to repair it. Even if it were to dig under the house.
