    Default Cracked Porcelin Bathroom Sink

We have a year old porcelin bathroom sink that just cracked. Its a hairline crack that runs from the drain to the top lip of the sink.
The crack also is on the bottom of the sink causing it to leak.
What is the best and most cost effective way to repair this, without having to replace a year old sink.
Also what may have caused this?
Appreciate any help or feedback about this...Very upsetting to say the least.
    Sincerely,
    Stephanie

I think you will have to replace the sink. There was probably a flaw in production. You could try and contact the manufacturer and try to warranty it.

Ah, that's nothing a little duct tape won't fix!

Sorry, no repairs on porcelain, you're going to have to change it.
