condensation on ceiling
I have recently noticed moisture on the ceiling in my living room. This has happend on 2 occassions now and I am getting a little worried. Both times the temp. outside has been below freezing. The space above this room has no plumbing. The roof is fairly new, less than 5 yrs. The space would be like an attic except there is no access to it. I have seen that there is a styrofaom insulation wall between this open space and the storage space above the garage. I'm wondering if it should be open or closed to allow air to circulate. Soffit vents are in place but with the wall like it is there is no good air flow.
Anyone with an idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
