    Default Timing out

I prefer to type up my posts in Microsoft Word and then just copy and paste them into reply. (I like the spell checker.) But sometimes when I do that when I come back to the board I have to log in again. What is the “time out” period?

Hi Sherry, It was set to 15 minutes...I agree that was rather too short, especially with the way I write, which always involves making myself a cup of tea. I changed it to 30 minutes and we'll see how that works for us.

    Sherry,
You might consider going to www.iespell.com and downloading it . It's a spell checker for IE and adds an icon to you tool bar . You can use it as a spell checker any time you have IE going. It works about the same as the on in the word processor.
