Default Filler for vanity and linen tower

The width of our stock vanity and linen tower together is 8" less than the width of the area they occupy. We'll have to use an 8" filler but isn't that going to look weird? Any tips for using those 8 inches? Thanks!

It would look much better if you used a 4" filler on both sides of the cabinets.

Cut it 3 times & it's still to short.

Hmmm ... I don't know if that would work. The countertop sidesplash has to be up against a wall.
