Default Remediating Mold in Wood Furniture

I realize this isn't about a structure, but I'm hoping someone here can at least point me in the right direction.

I have a chance to get some wonderful old FREE wooden furniture from a man who is buying an old house on my block-including contents-and he doesn't want any of it. The problem is that the place has been setting for 2 yrs now, and everything has a fine coating of dry mold spores. I'm hoping someone can tell me a non-toxic and inexpensive way to get rid of the mold itself as well as the smell, without ruining the wood.

I'm not sure what the best method would be but I would check with a furniture re-finisher they have probably dealt with this situation many times.

Find a mold remediation guy that use C02 (dry ice) method. It leaves no residue and is non toxic I don't know to what extent if it would damage the surface you need to ask.
