Default Pipes making vibrating, rattling noises

When I flushed my toilet sometimes my pipes are making vibrating, rattling noises. When I open up the faucet then it stops and when I shut off the faucet the noises return. Only when the toilet tank has completed filling up with water only then it only stops. It also sometimes happens when my water sprinkler automatically goes off and at a particular zone the same noises happens. The 2 examples happen around 40%-60% of the times.

I tried shutting off the water main and turning on the faucets at the highest point and at the lowest point the outside gardening faucets draining out all of the water and then slowly turning on the water main. That did not work either.

if the wc is the only one making a racket then it is the washer within the Ballcock which is the culprit, replace it or the entire ballcock
