    Question cap off

I removed a wall and now have a light switch and a outlet that I don't need. Is it OK to put caps on the ends and pull them up into the attic?

Not if the line is live.

To safely do it the other end of the line should be disconnected from the circuit. The hot and neutral should then be tied together with a wire nut at both ends if the wire remains in place.

If you can not kill the power to the circuit, place the wires in a metal box and cap them off.
