    Unhappy Leaky Shower Head

After shower use, the shower head leaks on a drip bases. There is no shut off valve leading to the shower unit so will I have to turn off the water supply into the whole house to remove the single faucet?

Generally a drip is and indication that the valve seat or stem washer is bad. Turn off the water and remove the stem replace tha washer and reinstall the stem. Shouldn't take more than ˝hr.
