Default Insulate Bathroom Floor - Access Crawl Space

My little old 1890 house has a bathroom off the main building built on a concrete foundation with only a crawl space for access. I took a bath and felt the cold in the tub. Obviously, the floor under the bathroom isn't insulated.

How can I insulate the floor from underneath? I am claustrophobic and not inclined to crawl in at all. Could a professional insulator somehow apply foam with a long spray handle?

When in doubt, scream and shout

Since you can't get under there and do it yourself a Contractor would be your best bet. Good Luck!!!
