    Default reusing copper fittings

    I purchased a used wood boiler.Can I reuse the copper fittings?They are 1.25" and kinda expensive.

    The big problem is getting them cleaned of enough solder so you can slip them back together. Not impossible but does take some work.

    Just a hint:
    When I have to reuse copper fittings I get a wire fitting brush and cut off the end and put it in a cordless drill. Much easier than sand cloth.
