Exclamation R-38 insulation in attic, new roof, house is now colder?

Help!! Two weeks ago, I had a new roof installed, two layers of 30 GAF shingles, ridge vents for ventilation, attic insulation with R-38 and now I am experiencing unbelieveable amount of cold air in the house.
I didn't have this problem prior to the new roof, what could be causing this problem? Could the opening for the ridge vents be to wide?

Howdy, cold air in house in which rooms? Did the insulation installer seal the holes in the attic prior to insulating such as any pipe openings an or openings in framing of interior walls. I ask because if you used fiberglass it lets the air threw it if there are openings into the attic from the ceiling below. If it was blown in cellulose this does a great job of retarding air infiltration....
