Default tile chair rail mitre cut

I am having a hard time figuring out how to cut the inside corners of the chair rail tile that tops off our wall tile. Can I do it with my cheap wet saw? Or do I need to cope it? If coping is the way to go, what is the angle that I use(45?) to get the cut started? Also, what is the orientation of the tile to get the cut started on the wet saw? (I think it would need to be upside down.) Thanks!

Generally these are cut on a wet saw at a normal inside 45* angle. Leave the same gap for grout here as you do between the other pieces.
