    Default bathroom light switches

My new ( old) house has light switches in the bath tub/shower zone.
Is there any options beside moving the switches, perhaps a waterproof switch and cover?
I have little kids and don't like the thought of them getting fried!
    Any thoughts?

I think a GFCI device ahead of where the circuit goes to the bathroom would afford all the protection you need.

Such as a GFCI circuit breaker feeding the circuit.

Thank You! That is a simpler solution than moving the switch box, and patching tile.
