Question Sound proof an interior wall

I share the brick fire wall between my neighbor's bathroom and my bedroom.

Is there any peel & stick? sound proofing material out there which will allow me to deaden the bathroom sounds coming from next door??

I have been told there is material that you can put within a stud and drywall wall, but this is definitely a brick wall.

    Thanks !

The only alternative I have seen used is to install furring strips, maybe 2"x2" and drywall. Behind the drywall install fiberglass insulation, foam board, or possibly low expansion spray foam.
You could also install a 2x4 stud wall behind which, you could put even more insulation.
