    Default Fibreglass and suspended ceiling

I have a suspended ceiling in the basement of my cottage (2000). I am a new owner of this house. There is Fibreglass insulation material in the ceiling of the basement and there is a suspended ceiling below. Is this sufficient to protect me against Fibreglass fibre that goes in the ambiant air? I have an air exchanger and the admission of air is in the basement.

I would think that the admission of air would be adequate. The admission of air is very important in the full function of the human body.
