    Default paneling

    i would like to remove the paneling in my house, but i am afraid of what is under it. house is from the 1890's. any suggestions?

    A house of that age will likely have plaster if you're in a major metropolitan area. If you're a little more rural, then it's likely to be shiplap (wood ). As Jack suggests, remove a small section in an obscure area and have a look.
    I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
