I have a few squeaks on my hardwood floors through out my house.
It is not the subflooring that is the problem, it seems to be an individual board that is squeaking on the nail. I have tried shooting drywall screws from beneath and it is very hit and miss. Is there any type of specialty screw to use from the top side. I would like to countersink what ever I use in the wood enough so that when I sand and refinish the sander will not scab the nail or screw.

Thanks,
