I am selling my aunt's 70 year old home, just pulled up the wall to wall in living room and dining room, found great oak strip flooring that needs spiffing up. Appears to have been originally varnished but the varnish has been rubbed off by all the years of walking on the carpet. Don't want to sand, stain & refinish. Thought I would try Rejuvenate Floor Restorer, the stuff they hawk on TV. Tried it in one spot and it cleans and shines the floor nicely. But can't find out what it's made of - the website only says "water-based polymers" - does anyone know? Also, if the new owners want to sand, stain & refinish, will they have a problem because I applied Rejuvenate? How do you remove it? Any comments from anyone who's had any experience with this stuff would be appreciated. Thanks.
