    Hello all,

I hope someone can tell me a SAFE way I can remove the metal end of a fuse that's broken off in our fuse box...don't ask how it happened...

Thanks very much...and yes, I know we need to switch to a breaker box...working on that !!

I have had good luck using Craftsman screwdrivers like the bottom two in the picture. Use a size that the ball on the handle fits snugly in the fuse cap. You can usually get enough of a grab to turn it and the handle is non-conductive. Other screwdriver handles can also work just make sure the shank doesn't go all the way through the handle.
