    Default Stub-out locations (CODE question)

Does anybody know of any general Code guidelines regarding the placement of stub-outs (supply lines)?
We're converting a BR to a full BA and I'm roughing-in supply for a tub, toilet & sink.

Obviously, code requirements vary depending on your state/city requirements... I've been sifting through my city's code but haven't found anything specific to this question. I was expecting to find something along the lines of "Within ___ inches of the finished floor, and within ___ inches center of the fixture..." But I can't find anything so far.

I'll keep looking, just wondering if anybody here had any input.
    Thanks folks!

Just copy the locations from your other bathroom and you'll be fine.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!

Not a bad idea, but that's assuming that the existing bathroom, plumbed in the 1920s, was installed using 2009 Code requirements.

Thanks for the idea, though! I do appreciate the input!
