Thumbs down Novice DIYer: Repairing bathroom pedestal sink - Help!

I have an old house that has been "fixed" by many folks who didn't do an A-1 job. As a result weird things happen. Today I bumped the pedestal sink in the bathroom at just the right angle with just enough force that the drain piece lifted out of the neck joint! The pedestal even walked away from the wall a bit! I can get the drain assembly back into the neck but how do I secure it? What adhesives do I use to secure the pedestal to the floor and the bool to the wall? Thanks for your help!

Usually the sink hangs on a metal bracket, there may also be a couple of holes in the lower corner to install toggle bolts. Once the sink and pedestal is in place, look at the bottom of the pedestal, there should be a hole to install a lag screw to keep it in place.
