Default Removing tileboard from bathroom walls

I am going to remove what I call tile board from bathroom walls. This looks like fake white shiny tiles and grout on thick 8x6 sheets that are glued on. I tried to prior some away and it snaps after much scoring with a razor. Is there an easier way? Maybe using a small electric saw or cutter. Also how do I get this brown think glue trail off sheetrock without damaging wall. Any advice would be helpful.

Sounds like it might be easier to remove the tile board and the sheet rock with it, you could cut all the way through both, being carefull not to cut plumbing or wires.
    HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!

Thanks for the suggestion, thought abt that too, but wanted to be as non-destructive (cheaper) as possible.
