Default No Water Flow - Please Help!

I recently purchased a restored 1911 Georgian Revival house. In two of the four second floor bathrooms there is no water flow in the sinks and shower. The previous owner had installed a water pump, which works, so I don't believe this is an issue. What can be the cause of the absence of water flow into these two bathrooms, what diagnotic should be done to identify the problem, and how might the problem be fixed.

    Please help?

In my opinion this is a job for a qualified plumber that is knowledgeable of water pumps and their setup. You could have something as simple as a hidden valve that is shut off or an "airlock" preventing water flow. Anyway, the plumber is the way to go.
