We bought our house 2 years ago. Been slowly trying to repair everything. In our bathroom, behind the hot water faucet (above the tub) is a huge hole around the hot water faucet. (In the tile) The previous owners have covered the hole with some kind of material (kind of like carboard) in a circular shape to keep the hole from showing. However whatever this was is getting old and its starting to fold over exposing the large hole. Is there anyway to repair this hole withough having to cut a tile to put around the faucet? The tile around the tub and into the bathroom (all the way to the sink) is original to the house. We doubt we could find tile that would match the original and we don't have any experience with tile. Other than the hole, the tile itself is in pretty good condition. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
