Default 104 year old thin flooring available now?

Howdy need to add because of renovation to my flooring it is wood but unlike the normal oak flooring thickness this is thin thickness of a laminated floor. Does anyone know where one can obtain thinner materials?
Also going to match a new eating nook to the old floor. The boys whom e built the house used 2 layers of 3/4" plank as sub floor, man now i know way the flooring is so quiet. What is the better way to match using a taller floor joist on the new area or doubling up sub flooring?

Check with Lumber Liquidators, I believe I've seen " oak flooring advertised by them.
