Default Cost to Level a Floor?

I have a ~200 square ft. room right above our garage, which slopes down from one side to another. The slope is pretty bad. The house is a 1930's cape, but my room is an add-on that some previous owner built right over the garage.

I'm not sure what the floor is under ( cement? )..

How much per square foot would it cost to level this room?
Any contractors in the NE/Mass area that is recommended?

    Thanks.

Are you saying that the garage is out of level, or that it may have had a flat, semi pitched roof over it before the addition was then constructed?

If it is the latter then new tapered shims of 1x4 or 2x6 need to be cut to correct the tip in the floor and 3/4 t&g can be applied over that to straighten it.

    Where in Ma are you?
