It is possible, but not likely. Before you ever top coat one product with another you want to do a test for compatibility. Use a scrap piece of material and do a test of both products before you go at the piece to be finished.
Every time I've seen two dis-similar products interact it results in an "alligator" finish, that is to say that the top coat reacts with the base coat and results in what looks like an alligators skin.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
