    Default plumbing smell

In my two story house, just the upstairs bathrooms have a problem. When I run water in either of the bathrooms upstairs, I am getting a sulfur, or rotten egg smell. this does not happen downstairs. the bathrooms only get used once every month or two.

You hit on that one pretty solidly. I do have a separate water heater for upstairs. I will look into that situation. Thanks so much for the response.
