    Default Wooden Storm Door Insert

We have an old home in MA (1700's). We have wooden storm doors that have inserts for screens and glass. One of the 12 lights on a winter insert is broken but it appears that the glass is not secured by putty but rather wooden strips (mullions?) between the panes of glass. I used a heat gun to take of some of the paint to see how to remove the wooden strip but it's not moving...any suggestions?

First did you check both sides, only one side should be removable. If you scrap the paint off you should be able to see where the removable one if nailed in place.

Thanks...we figured out what side and sc****d off paint...can find no nails, etc. We're afraid to pry too hard as we don't want to break it.
