Default Starting a new Living Room Project

Planning a new project in the living room. Pull up the carpeting and replace with an Engineered Hardwood (we are on a slab). On the far wall of the room we are going to fill the entire wall with built in bookcases. What I don't know is, what order should this be done in. Do we put down the new floors and then build the bookcases, or vice-versa?

With the weight of the built in bookcase, I would install it first, then run the floor up to it, assuming you're going with a floating floor. If you are gluing the floor down, then it doesn't really matter one way or the other.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
