Default granite countertops and holes in clothes

I have tile granite countertops and there is a small bullnose edging at the front of the countertop but it then meets another piece of tile. This intersection is slightly rough and if I rub up against it, it tears little holes in my clothing. What can I use to sand it smooth or fill it in to prevent this? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

These rough edges can be polished away.

Smaller imperfections can be filled with colored epoxy. Someone who installs these countertops can do that quickly and cheaply, and they will have all the needed stuff already. If not done carefully it can be messy permanently so best to let a pro do the work. Even I would call someone else myself in a situation like this!

That is best fixed with a telephone.

Polishing granite takes special tools and experience. So does filling holes in granite.
