Default porcelain tile over poured cement deck

I live in British Columbia Canada and we have cold winters. I have a 15 yr old concrete deck which has hairline cracks and the concrete is starting to flake off around the edges. I would like to cover the concrete with outdoor porcelain tile any ideas out there. I know there a lot of prep work and then laying down a membrane and applying thinset before the tile work could begin. Would the cost be to much. Would roll on granite or any other roll on product be a better way to go thanks

i have done tile over concrete outside before. I found it is best to do larger tiles at least 12" preferably 18". look into putting down ditra. its a membrane that is supposed to help when the subfloor is moving.
