    Default pipe break

This past winter i winterized my home.I turned off the water openend all the faucets in the house until no more water came out.I put antifreeze in toilets. When the water was turned on there was a leak in the wall behind the bathroom vanity, this is a inside wall. One of the water hammers was split at the top. How could this have happened.

Unfortunately turning off the water and opening the faucets didn't get all the water out. Generally you need to blow out the lines because ant low spot can hold water and freeze.
