He's a hell of a lot safer/healthier than the dudes around here running wheelbarrows. Seriously, to carry stuff on your head, you've got to have great posture and a knowledge of how to use/carry your body.

I helped a neighbor build a house as a teenager, sis came to help and was tossing bolts from the ground to a 2nd story ridge line. She'd loft them and they'd hang in the air right in front of you, all you had to do is reach out and snatch it from thin air.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
