Default Crumbling internal sandstone wall in historic building

I have a full length well of sandstone in a historic 1900 building that is crumbling at the bottom. The bottom 18 inches are constantly flaking. How do I seal the sandstone to prevent further crumbling of the sandstone? How do I repair was has already degraded? What type of contractor am I looking for to complete the repairs

Contact Cathedral Stone Products @ www.cathedralstone.com
Ask if there is a certified contractor in your area for brown stone restoration.
The stone repair product can be mixed to match the existing also will match the color.
Do not let anyone use a concrete product for repairs as this will cause more problems.
