    Question Paint Primer Applicator

In an episode of TOH I saw Tom Silva using some sort of quick applicator for priming small surfaces. Does anyone know what that was called or where I can find it??

There was a shoe-polish-like applicator called Ends & Cuts (?) that came out a few years ago, it was a nice idea, and we used it a few times. Handier than keeping a paint pot out all day and having it constantly drying out and skinning over. Something like $6 a pop, tho'.

Thanks so much, looks like I can get it at the home depot. Cool.
