    Default water in duct

During a windy, rainy storm water blew in my furnace duct on roof and somehow went down the furnace. The duct below in the basement is now dripping water, especially when my air conditioner is on.
    1. Is this dangerous? 2. How do I clean, dry out? 3. Do I need to stop using air and heat until fixed?
    Thank you

Generally speaking, all vents outside the roof should be capped. Make sure they don't blow away.
