Default Covering an in wall mail slot

Hello. I am wanting to remove an old mail slot in a wall. The house is brick. I am looking for a plate or something to cover/replace the slot. I will then use spray foam and fiberglass insulation to fill the void. Any ideas on where to find one or another suggestion?

To my knowledge there is no such cover plate, you will have to make one or have one made. Personally, I'd fill in the drywall on the inside, insulate the void, and plaster in the exterior to match the brick. I have made similar repairs for clients, when the work is done, you'd never know a mail slot ever existed.
I suffer from CDO ... Its like OCD, but in alphabetical order, LIKE IT SHOULD BE!!!
