    Cool Gutter

I need gutter on front of my house. The length is approximately 65 feet. Should it be done with two gutters going opposite directions? I would prefer one if possible to drain into a small ditch beside my house. This small ditch drains water from the side of the house to a large drainage ditch by the street.

You need to contact a gutter maker who can fabricate custom gutters. He will figure out the length and the size of the gutters to handle the rain run off.

dj is right, you should contact a gutter company.

general rule of thumb, around here at least, is 20' with a downspout at each end or 10' if you only want one downspout. gutter sizes can change this rule of thumb. it's based more on pitch than the amount of water the gutter can handle.

One seamless Gutter from your local gutter company will do the trick. They can have a job like that done in no time.
