    Default tobacco/soil

I have a couple on concrete planters on my front stoop and during this winter I have had several family and friends that have used the empty planters to put out their cigarette in the remaining soil. So my question is : should I remove that soil or is it ok to use again this year ???

Ash is not a problem. cigarettes are primarily plant products, except filters. So it should cause no problems once the filters are removed.
