Default Forgot to caulk when installing window

Please help. I installed a new window for my patio, but I forgot to apply caulk to the inside of the flange. I've already nailed the flange to the window frame with 2" roofing nails for every holes there is on the flange. What should I do now?

cut (4) 6 inch strips of ice and water shield. 1st, one across the bottom, 2nd, one on each side, 3rd, one across the top. start against the window to cover the nail flange and spread it out onto the tyvek which should be on top of the sheathing.
