    Default New Attic fan advice

I am hoping to install an attic fan before Summer comes here to Central Maryland. I have one vent in my attic in which to install this fan. However, the previous owner already put the bathroom fan exhaust hose into this vent. There is not enough vent to fit the fan and hose side by side at this time.

My Question is this, is there any way to attach hose to the back of the fan so that I can use both the attic fan and the bathroom vent exhaust hose in the same vent or will I have to drill a new hole for one of them?

Bathroom vent is for the bathroom. You will need a new vent.

Or you can get a fan that fits between two rafters (no vent necessary). You will need to cut the roof to size, place the fan between the rafters, properly finish the shingles with flashing. Inside the attic, you'll need to bring power to the unit.
