    Question air filtration

We have a new home with radiant floor heat and no ductwork. Everything works fine but we also have several dogs and cats which means lots of hair. Are there any air purifiers/filters/etc that can help with some of the particulates in the air - dust as well as pet hair? And, yes, I do vacuum and dust frequently but there is still hair, etc. floating in the air!

With SEVERAL dogs and cats, it will be hard to keep a filter running. But heavy duty filters are available. Also, make sure the pets are healthy and don't over shed. Find a filter on line.

What kind of filter are you referring to? A stand alone unit that runs like a dehumidifier or humidifier?

Yes, a free standing unit. Honeywell makes them, others do too.
