Default Purchasing PVC boards for trim ?

I have seen PVC boards used on Ask TOH. I have a bathroom window located in a shower that I'd like to trim out with PVC and replace the nasty rotting wood that's currently in there.

I've been unable to locate a source for PVC boards on a small scale. Any help?

You got to know where to look, or ask an associate. The blue gray store has them too.

your best bet is to go to a real lumberyard that pros use or to a siding supplier. youll get better prices and a better selection than what youll find in big box stores

depends on the dealer. also the big box stores like home depot tend to only carry shorter lengths

I'm located in northeastern united states so we have Home Depot and Lowes but your local large home improvement store would have it. It would be in the lumber/trim section and would be white so it may look the same as primed wood trim. You may be out of luck if you're looking for thicker stock larger than 1"

they only make up to 1" flat stock.. if you want to go thicker you have to laminate it
