    Default What is this tool?

What is this tool used for? On the left end is a round piece of wood which spins. In the center is a hinged piece with two counter sunk holes which I assume is to fasten the tool to a table or wall. On the the right end is shaped like a spoon but round with a little hole in it. The round piece of wood which spins is worn along one side along the length so it is not totally round anymore. I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

It's not a tool, it's the bellows pedal for a melodeon, circa 1870. With an hour of research, I could probably tell you the manufacturer.
