Default No satin sheen on newly-painted cabinets

On new cabinets, the painter used oil-based primer, waited a day, lightly sanded and sprayed Sherwin-Williams 100% Acrylic Satin paint. A day later and dry cabinets, there is no sheen whatsoever; it looks completely flat. What can be done now?

also, don't forget....when something is primed you need two coats of finish. get a sample of flat so you can compare it to the satin. satin has very little sheen to it.

Thank you both...the painter will repaint with a semi-gloss.
I have only posted a couple of questions during this remodeling challenge and the assistance I have received here has been very supportive.
