    Default Stairway trim details

We recently purchased a foursquare house built in 1906. It had been divided into a duplex in the 1950s. When I started tearing out the added partitions, a beautiful pine trimmed stairway emerged. It has panels, bordered with egg and dart trim. I'm trying to find some books, articles, pictures, etc. on trim styles for stairways of this vintage. I need to recreate the newell drops and try to match the remaining spindles for the handrail. Anybody out there have any ideas?
    Thanks.

I have no ideas other than to say this thread is worthless without pics. I love old trim, and some pics may help the carpentry minded here point you in the right direction.
