Hi, I am rebuilding 70 year old dormers completely. The upper window sashes have a 1/2 arch form. The rounded wood trim portion, in the center of the sash is very very brittle and small bits of it have broken. I think I need to reconstruct these pieces and not try to glue them back together. Is there some kind of epoxy resin or composite that would make a new and nicely formed sash molding approximately one inch square dimensions. I am stumped and looking for new ideas. Thanks, Randy This is my first contact with TOH. I love the show and am glad to become a part of you all.

Re: Old dormers
Not sure what you are describing w/o a photo, but generally, moldings can be bent and arched when wet (wood only), if that answers your question.
